My sister and I recently had the pleasure of working with Andrew to sell our late mother's home. Andrew was professional and helpful. He also suggested some excellent additional helpers for me - namely painter, removalists and stylist. His team were also most helpful esp Elize keeping in touch and looking after electrician/smoke detectors’ compliance and Mel looking after documentation/finances. Andrew managed to find such a large number of prospective buyers for the first open house and from there, a contract two days later 😊

My initial impression of Andrew was extremely professional. When we sat down to have a chat about the selling process Andrew showed a lot of knowledge of our area. We talked through the entire process and discussed what would suit our needs and house that we were selling. We found Andrew to be prompt when returning our calls and kept us up to date during the entire process from start through to settlement.
