Megan was Amazing!!

Megan was amazing to work with! She helped us through preparing the home for sale including how best to spend our money with final renovations and improvements to get the best bang for our buck. Through the sale process, Megan made everything super simple and easy and our place looked amazing online. The results of Megan's hard work was a street record and a sale within 7 days of listing! We would strongly recommend Megan

Megan assisted us with the sale of our property recently. It was quite the saga to get to the point of being ready to sell, and Megan assisted us all the way and was very generous with her time, even before she had been engaged. Once we were finally ready to sell, Megan was the ultimate professional. She ran a fantastic campaign and was an excellent communicator. No doubt her genuine and approachable demeanor was a real asset when negotiating with buyers. We would strongly recommend Megan.

Megan O'Leary is the Best

I remember the first time we spoke I said to Megan "I have never sold a house before, I really have no idea where to start". I had no need to worry, Megan took care of all my questions and problems (really big and really small, and everything in between) and stepped through the sale process with ease and expertise. I had a fantastic experience! Megan took care of me as well - even looking after my dog for a little while. How is that for service??? Megan is supported by a great team at Belle Carindale who were also very helpful. Megan and Belle are a very professional outfit. I recommend you consider them as your agents, thanks, Narelle.

An agent who listens

Megan worked very hard to position my property in an environment where buyers were very selective in what they wanted and hard to convince. My property received good exposure and she slowly built it to a point where buyers were pursuing it. The most important critique I can provide is that Megan listened to what I was looking to achieve and her marketing and sales strategy never deviated from the client’s instructions. I felt like I always had control over what would happen to my property and not being told what I should do. - Lindsay
