I am so happy with my experience with Social Realty during the recent listing and sale of my unit.
Andrew is well established in the local area and is highly effective and got the result I was looking for.
The communication throughout the process was amazing; so thorough and professional. He kept things moving at a good momentum from the time I approached him to sell the property. After an initial inspection, he provided advice on what we needed to get it ready. Social Realty have an in-house stylist who did a fabulous job presenting the property. The photos and online campaign really showcased it. I got the offer I wanted following the first open for inspection weekend and it was smooth sailing from there. Andrew followed up with each step to convert the offer into a sale but made sure that there were back up options as well. It was a seamless experience and I am very satisfied. I highly recommend Andrew as he is personable, friendly and easy to deal with, whilst maintaining professionalism and getting results.
