Elize is an absolute star when it comes to reliable and clear communication. She supported me so well through the process of selling my unit. I had got to know her several years ago as she was the agent when I originally bought it and based on that positive experience, she was the person I wanted to work with when it was time to list and sell it. Elize kept me informed throughout the process and was of great assistance with managing the tenants, explaining all the marketing options and managing the open houses. Her colleague at Social Realty Bianca did an amazing job styling the unit so it was presented in such as appealing way. I got an offer after the first open which was converted into a contract very quickly and was very satisfied. I strongly recommend Elize Bungay at Social Realty if you want a comprehensive, thorough and professional real estate experience.
